Tennis with Colm is back!! 
Congratulations to our boys on reaching the county final of the FAI 5-a-side soccer competition. They finished top of a very hotly contested group stage to progress to the final. Unfortunately it wasn't our day and they lost to deserving winners. Ice cream on the way home eased the disappointment! Congratulations to Finn on his Puskas Award contender, an overhead volley into the top corner from outside the D! 

Mixed Fortunes

                           We had a day of mixed fortunes today on the sports field / court today.  We are very proud of all our teams , in victory and defeat, and we are especially grateful to their teachers , coaches and mentors.

Boys Soccer Final

Congratulations to our boys on reaching the county final of the FAI soccer competition. They finished top of a very hotly contested group stage to progress to the final. Congratulations to Finn on his Puskas Award contender, an overhead volley into the top corner from outside the D! In spite of their valiant efforts they lost out in the final to a strong Ballynarry NS side in the end. 

Girls Basketball Semi Final

Our girls Basketball team travelled to Wilkinstown to play Kildalkey and after a very tense start our girls pulled away in the 2nd quarter to win comfortably by a score line of 29 - 17.

We are now looking forward to the boys and girls basketball finals , we will let you know when the finals have been confirmed.

Music on Wheels Tour: The Music on Wheels Tour pulled into Knocktemple NS for a show on Wednesday 7th May. It was a wonderful morning of entertainment - performances , songs and dancing moves!! Thank you to all at Music generation for making it happen and a special mention to Rachel McCabe for her excellent tuition and enthusiasm for all things musical in our school.
Basketball: Another great win for our boys basketball team on a scoreline of 23 - 10 in Dunshaughlin today Wednesday 7th May. Well done boys and the best of luck in the final.

Well done to Mr. McHugh and his soccer team in Bailieborough AFC today. After a very solid performance, the boys emerged victorious and they will now play in the county final next Thursday 8th May. Maith sibh. Cnoc an Teampaill abú.
